HOW WE WORK
We come to your home, walk each space with you, and talk through how you actually live. Who uses which rooms, what needs to hold up, what you love and what has never worked. We take measurements and photos of every space so nothing is left to guess later.
Every room gets a scaled floor plan, a rendered concept, and a curated first pass at furniture, lighting, and rugs. You see how each piece works in the room and against the pieces beside it, before anything is ordered.
We refine every selection to final. Upholstery fabrics, window treatments, rugs, art, accessories. You see physical samples in person for everything that matters, and every choice is signed off before we order.
We place, track, and manage every order. Receiving pieces at our warehouse, inspecting for quality, and coordinating white-glove delivery. On install day our team is on site placing furniture, hanging window treatments, and installing artwork in one seamless day.
The last layer is the one that makes the home feel like yours. Shelves styled, surfaces layered, art hung, greenery in place. When you walk in for the reveal, everything is done. No boxes, no touch-ups, no waiting list.
Not at all. A large share of our furnishing clients aren’t doing any construction. They’ve just moved in, or the home has never really felt finished, or one or two rooms are underperforming. Furnishing and styling stands entirely on its own.
We do both. Whole-home furnishing is where we deliver the most cohesive result, but we regularly furnish a single primary bedroom, family room, or dining room and layer in additional spaces later.
We review everything you own during the discovery step. Pieces you love. Or that have real quality. Stay and get styled into the new design. Nothing gets replaced for the sake of replacing it.
Most whole-home furnishing projects run 4 to 8 months from consultation to reveal. Lead times on custom upholstery and imported pieces are the largest variable. We’ll give you a realistic install date once selections are approved.
We handle every order through our trade accounts. Placing, tracking, receiving, inspecting, and warehousing. You never chase a delivery, follow up with a vendor, or accept a damaged piece at your front door.
Whenever possible, yes. Most single-room and multi-room furnishing installs happen in a single day so you experience the full reveal at once. Whole-home installs typically run one to three days depending on scale.
You get what you pay for. Cheap sofas look lumpy three years after you buy them because they’re built with cheap materials and fast construction. Invest in quality pieces and you’ll usually spend less in the long run because you’re not replacing them.
The number one place I ask clients to invest more is upholstery.
They don’t reflect the personality of the homeowner. A home should tell your story and who you are. When it looks like everything was ordered from one page in a catalog, the design falls flat. The personal touches are what make it yours.
Warm is a feeling, and it means different things to different people. My job is to figure out what warm means to that client and design around that. For some people it’s color. For others it’s a floor plan that finally flows the way their life does.
Nothing is ever completely timeless. There’s always some element of a piece that tells you when it was chosen. Marble is called timeless, but the way you use it can absolutely go out of style.
If you try to design your whole home to be timeless, everything ends up neutral, and honestly, boring. I tell clients to use what they love and worry less about it going out of style. Life is too short, you should love your home.
